« Drugs :: July 31st, 2004

I’m back on paroxetine for my anxiety/panic attacks. In the 8 or so months since I went off it, my symptoms have slowly returned to the point where I am pretty much unable to leave the house without Josh.

It kinda sucks, but at least in a few weeks I’m going to start feeling normal again.

« Call Me Snake :: July 14th, 2004

I am shedding.

Not hair, but skin.

I am prone to eczema and dermatitis at the best of times, but during dry winters things get worse. My skin begins to flake and peel, particularly on my stomach and around my armpits. It leaves little snowflakes inside my clothing.

Body dandruff. Tasty, huh?

I use sorbolene instead of soap. I moisturise with baby oil and Vaseline Intensive Care Lotion. I have some samples of Eulactol for VERY DRY SKIN (their emphasis) which I am trying. I use my prescription cortisone cream on the worst parts. Oh yes, and I do gently exfoliate every week to get rid of the dead skin cells.

But this winter, none of that seems to be working.

I guess I should be thankful it’s not itching.

« Tax Time :: July 14th, 2004

Yes folks, it’s that time of year again. Don’t you just looooooove tax time?

My tax return is not complex to complete, but it IS time consuming. I have income from 11 different sources which I need to declare.

Here’s hoping I am rewarded with a nice little cheque for my efforts.
