I like taking quizzes. They are fun. Sometimes the results are accurate, sometimes so far from the truth that they make me laugh.
But this quiz was so damn cool I was shocked into a stunned silence. I have no idea how it makes the predictions it does based on the questions it asks, but it sure as hell blew me away.

I really need to update, but right now I’m too tired, as I’ve been up since 5am, and it’s now just past 8:30pm, and I recently finished a glass of Chardonnay, so I’m verrrrrrrrrrrrry sleepy. Will be back to update tomorrow. Promise.

Hilarious lip-synching performance of this Back Street Boys song.

Tonight my Mum and I went to see a local high school’s production of “Footloose” at the Empire Church Theatre. It was, of course, amateur, but so much fun! We were especially impressed by the girl who played Ariel. She had a fabulous voice. At first I was disappointed that they didn’t do “The Girl Gets Around”, even though it was listed in the program; but on reflection it was probably just as well, as nobody can do Sammy Hagar as well as Sammy Hagar.
It was kind of a shock to hear swearing and see open mouthed kissing, since the show was staged by a Catholic school! But oh, how I wish we had done a musical like this one when I was at school. 80’s clothes, 80’s hair, 80’s music - I would have been in my element.
You can fly if you’d only cut loose!

Here’s what we bought at the supermarket on Monday. It makes us look like massive junk food eaters, even though we actually eat rather healthily. We just already had a lot of vegetables and stuff at home already. Honest.

Last week, I won two more prizes
Both were double movie passes - one to see The Perfect Man, starring Hilary Duff, Heather Locklear and Chris Noth (thanks to Girlfriend.com.au); the other to The 40 Year Old Virgin, starring Steve Carell (thanks to Motocrew).
The latter also came with some special 40 Year Old Virgin condoms, but somehow I don’t think we’ll be using those any time soon. Contraception is not conducive to conception!
